    All works undertaken by Concept Joinery are subject to the following terms and conditions:

    • A 50% deposit is required on all placed orders.
    • Any order placed cannot be cancelled, deferred or altered by the buyer except by mutual agreement.
    • Stage payments relevant to the progress shall be invoiced on all orders.
    • All payments are due within 5 days of the invoice date.
    • Concept Joinery Ltd. Reserves the right to apply 5% monthly late payment fee to all overdue invoices.
    • All goods remain the property of Concept Joinery Ltd until payment has been made in full.
    • All goods shall be deemed inspected and approved once they have been accepted to site.
    • Hard Wood - We will not condemn a piece of timber because of its natural characteristics, especially regarding grain and colour. The timber shall be as nature intended. We have therefore only allowed for the minimum amount of selection.
    • As timber is hydroscopic (it attracts and absorbs moisture form the air) Concept Joinery Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the timber’s natural movement.
    • Concept Joinery Ltd retains their legal right to snag /repair/make good any and all work that they are responsible for, at their expense.
    • Concept Joinery Ltd do not authorise any other person/party to snag /repair/make good any work that they are responsible for, without first being allowed a reasonable opportunity to address the same.
    • The quotation given is only valid for 14 days from the sent date.
    • The purchaser shall grant the suppliers access to the premises at reasonable times for the purpose of taking measurements and of carrying out work specified. Should installation be delayed by the purchaser the supplier will only store products for a maximum of 7 days prior to contract commencement, after which time 70% payment of the outstanding balance will fall due immediately.
    • Payment can be made by cash or cheque (cheques made payable to Concept Joinery Ltd).
    • Cash payments are to be made to our main office.
    • Extra materials/work etc is priced on a P.C. basis and is not binding.
    • Whist the glass used is the best available glass, manufactures will not give guarantees covering minor imperfections and the Supplier cannot be held responsible for such imperfections, nor can the Supplier be held responsible for natural phenomena with sealed unit double glazing such as Brewsters Fringe.
    • Any work not allowed for within our quotation shall be tracked on a day worked basis and invoiced accordingly. Day work rates available upon request.
    • Concept joinery Ltd. will not be held responsible for incorrect fitting or any damage caused to their joinery products when being fitted by a third party.
    • All Contracts are completed to IOC standard.
